Description:
This alcohol-free toner is enriched with Hydrolysed Wheat Protein (vegetable protein) and Saccharide Isomerate (carbohydrate complex) which is characterized by its pronounced water retention properties. Particularly hydrating to the skin’s tissues. The added Palm Kernel Glycerides and Chamomilla Extract leave the skin perfectly conditioned and moist.

Instruction:
Apply with cotton wool saturated with the toner and lightly sweeping it on the face and neck using upward and outward motions. It can be applied immediately after using cleanser or whenever necessary.
