Application:
Cold Mask- chill the mask in the refrigerator (not freezer) for several hours before use.

Hot Mask – place mask in a pan of hot water until it is heated. Is used for sinus pain,
allergy discomfort and head colds.
Use warm soapy water to clean mask, rinse then towel dry.
Do not place mask in freezer, oven or microwave and do not puncture it .
